Abigail is a Paralegal based in our London office. Abigail assists Eliza Hebditch, Lauren Carmichael and David Hansford on a wide range of high-net-worth and international family law matters including (but not limited to):

  • High-net-worth and complex financial remedy proceedings
  • Schedule 1 claims
  • Enforcement proceedings
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
  • Children proceedings (including international children proceedings and relocation)

Prior to joining the firm, Abigail worked as a Paralegal in a Tier 1 ranked family team based in central Manchester where she assisted senior in-house counsel for over two years. Abigail has a breadth of experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families, often with international ties. Abigail’s work frequently has a niche element with previous matters including international businesses and complex trust structures with clients based globally in the US, Switzerland, South Africa and beyond. Abigail understands that attention to detail, empathy and privacy are crucial to delivering a first-class service for her clients.

Abigail is with the firm until 2025 when she is due to commence Pupillage at a top tier family set based in central London.
