I had such a positive experience with both Sophie and Summer, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Both are highly responsive, have fantastic empathy and were brilliant at negotiating and translating our thoughts into information. From responding immediately and always putting us first and thinking about our child and her needs. Working with both was a pleasure even under difficult circumstances.
