Melissa is a Legal Assistant based in our London Office. Melissa coordinates initial enquiries and assists the wider team with a large range of family law matters, including cross-jurisdictional financial and children matters. She has previous legal experience volunteering as a community legal companion with the CLOCK project in Oxford combined court, assisting litigants in person with family and housing proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm in May 2024, Melissa graduated with a distinction in her Graduate Diploma in Law, achieving the highest grade in her cohort for Land Law. While studying, Melissa competed in the national final of the Client Interviewing Competition, and completed a legal research project investigating the operation of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of Child Abduction.
Melissa completed her high school education at an international school in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and also spent time living in Switzerland, making her familiar with British expat lifestyle.
