Owen Heptinstall

Owen is a paralegal based in our London office. Owen assists Eliza Hebditch, Lauren Carmichael and David Hansford on a wide range of high-net-worth and international family law matters:

• High-net-worth and complex financial remedy proceedings
• Schedule 1 claims
• Enforcement proceedings
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Children proceedings, including international children proceedings and relocation

Owen has previously volunteered at various legal advice clinics, including Dads House. He has also represented parents of children who have been excluded from school at internal and external appeal hearings.

Prior to undertaking his legal studies, Owen studied and worked in politics.

Owen is due to commence pupillage at a specialist family law chambers in 2027.
