Shabana advises on all family matters (divorce, children, finances and marital agreements). She worked in leading London-based firms before joining Expatriate Law to fully focus on international family law. She is one of few family specialists with an understanding of Sharia in the Middle East and Asia.
Shabana specialises in financial disputes on divorce/separation, which often involve complex corporate structures and/or trust interests with connections overseas. She has experience of working with family offices to implement wealth protection agreements.
Shabana is committed to supporting adoption charities in the Middle East and Asia. As a family practitioner based outside of England, she has specialist expertise in supporting clients to start and grow their family through international adoption.
