Alfred is a highly experienced solicitor in Hong Kong, qualified since 2000 and also admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2002. Specialising in trust and probate, both contentious and non-contentious, Alfred is one of the few practitioners in Hong Kong with extensive experience in both areas. He advises on long-term estate planning, drafts wills, and constructs complex trusts. Alfred is frequently appointed by the Court as an administrator in estate disputes and provides legal guidance to professional administrators. A member of STEP and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he is also a CEDR-accredited Mediator and Notary Public. Recognised by leading legal publications, Alfred is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and is learning Italian. He also handles family law matters, including those related to the LGBT community, and was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2017.
