Diane Le Grand de Belleroche
Diane is an avocat at the French Bar and a solicitor of England and Wales, based in Paris. She is a partner at BeFair Avocats, a French law firm specialising in international matters, mostly with the UK.
She studied in Paris and in Oxford and holds a PhD on the comparative law of trusts.
She specialises in international private client matters, in particular in international successions, and advises clients both in France and abroad, for their estate planning and for the administration of estates, in situations split between France and common law jurisdictions (with a focus on England).
Diane regularly publishes articles and talks at conferences both in France and abroad.
She is a member of various societies, including STEP (TEP), the Franco-British Lawyers Society (FBLS), the International Academy of Trust and Estate Law (TIAETL), the ABA (international section), the European Law Institute (ELI) and the Comité français de droit international privé.
