Marc is the Founder of Jaclise International, a strategic advisory firm specialising in complex families and family offices globally. With over two decades of experience living and working in Russia and the Middle East, Marc draws on his deep expertise in transnational tax and legal planning, business strategy, and family office services. He has a strong background in corporate law from his previous career in New York and Chicago, and nearly two decades with Ernst & Young in Moscow and New York, as well as serving as managing director and general counsel for a boutique merchant bank in the Middle East. Marc advises global companies, family offices, and private businesses on structuring, governance, compliance, and succession planning. He holds a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Notre Dame. Marc’s interests include art, literature, classical music, foreign languages, and international travel.
