He has appeared in landmark cases such as White v White and Miller; McFarlane in the House of Lords, and represented the appellant wife in Owens v Owens before the Supreme Court. His practice often involves complex jurisdictional disputes and high net worth cases, frequently dealing with offshore corporate and trust structures. Philip is also known for advising on and drafting high-profile pre-nuptial agreements. He is an Honorary Life Vice President and past chairman of the Family Law Bar Association.
