We are a friendly, cohesive team of English qualified solicitors and barristers. We only advise British expatriates or those with links to England, and enjoy the varied and challenging nature of international family law. Our lawyers undertake a varied caseload of international work, including divorce and financial remedies, relocation, abduction and other private children work.
Our firm’s ethos is to ensure a good work and home life balance for our employees. We think our lawyers work harder for our clients, and are more committed to putting their all in to a case, sometimes long outside working hours when required, if they are rewarded financially, and have time off when they need it. Many of our lawyers opt for flexible working hours, and work part of the week from home. Since all of our clients live overseas, our advanced video link, telephone and cloud filing systems allow our lawyers to work efficiently from home several days each week. Our office in London allows a more structured working environment, with a chance to meet colleagues and clients for the remainder of the working week.
As a modern and dynamic firm, we are looking to expand our team and place experienced British family lawyers in to further expatriate hubs. We are always interested to hear from British family lawyers who are currently living abroad as expatriates and wish to continue practising English family law.
